The truck will be stopping at the Atlantic City Food & Wine Festival on Saturday, July 30th & Sunday, July 31st, 2011. It has received great reviews, due especially in part to the use of exceptionally fresh ingredients. The majority of the fish is caught by local New Jersey fishermen, and the vegetables are grown at local farms. Even the wine comes from local vineyards.
