Yoga at Lake Lenape Park East: Every Wednesday until Sept. 1st

Come to Lake Lenape Park East, (753 Park Road, Mays Landing) on Wednesday mornings for a "Yoga For Beginners" class. Meet on the beach upon arrival. Teens and Adults. Relax on the sand near the lighthouse while learning basic yoga forms and breath work. Participants should dress in loose fitting clothing, casual footgear, and bring water, yoga mat, and a towel.
