Outer Cape Sights

With miles and miles of undeveloped sand dunes, hiking trails and kettle ponds, the Outer Cape is where you get to watch a Blue Heron dive for fish while kayaking through a salt marsh. Even the towns are laid back on the Outer Cape, with locally owned clam shacks serving freshly caught delights, tiny chapels hosting acoustic concerts, and wildlife sanctuaries faithfully protecting the delicate ecosystem of the Cape.

At the very tip of all this sits the one-time whaling and fishing village of Provincetown, thriving today as an artist colony and mecca for nightlife, theater, and five-star dining. Get ready to be enchanted by the Outer Cape.
