Join thousands for the Tri-State region's biggest and best annual Fourth of July celebration in Cincinnati's most gloriously fun, diverse, and eclectic neighborhood, Northside. The 2012 Northside Rock & Roll Carnival fun starts at Northside's Hoffner Park Tuesday, July 3rd with a Rock & Roll Happy Hour at 3pm! Craft beers will flow, music will play, and the music will continue throughout the night on the 3rd! Then join us for a busy July 4th including a community Kegs & Eggs breakfast, a most amazing 4th of July Parade, a Kids' Talent Show, and a worldly and creative Family Fun Carnival!
Just past Hoffner Park's entrance, the pavilion will be transformed into a festive beer garden. A step beyond, festival goers will emerge into a captivating playground of great original music featuring world-class performers, fire breathers, and a carnival side show featuring sword swallowers and a bed of nails! Anticipation will build as a bona fide rock 'n roll concert unfolds inducing the flow of nightlife activity between Hoffner park and Northside's dynamic and historic business district.
Each year, The Northside Rock & Roll Carnival has spotlighted talent not often heard in Cincinnati, and this year's lineup is even bigger and better. The show on the big stage includes PUJOL (from Nashville), The Big Sleep (from NYC), You, You're Awesome, The Turbo Fruits (Nashville), R. Ring (Dayton), Cletus Romp, The Tillers, Jake Speed & the Freddies, and Eclipse, as well as sideshow acts such as The Pickled Brothers and Incendium Arts!
The fun continues the morning of the 4th at 10AM with the first-ever "Kegs & Eggs" breakfast, with food provided by Take the Cake, Picnic & Pantry, the Fireside Pizza Wagon guys, and fine beers from our famous big craft beer selection!
