This high-end shopping center is the ritziest in Denver and one of the top tourist attractions in town. Despite its reputation for merchandise with mind-boggling price tags, the place still draws impressive traffic. It is lavishly appointed with 169 shops, restaurants, and services. Shops include Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Macy's, Tiffany & Co., and Burberry.

There are many ways to attack this shop-packed mall. A slice of thin-crust New York pizza at Sbarro (at the southwest end) is a great way to fuel up for your purchasing journey. The bottom level offers a wide range, from artsy, wonder-filled stores like Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters, to makeup salons like MAC and Aveda, to Restoration Hardware. Above the food court on the second level, relax while iPad browsing at the Apple store and then get a bag of candy from the Sweet Factory to enjoy while taking in a blockbuster at the eight-screen movie theater.

With regal amenities and a large array of stores, Cherry Creek Mall is a fine place to spend a hot summer's day. Highly perched shoe shining stations greet visitors to the bathrooms, whose stall doors are wooden, slatted, and equipped with fancy doorknobs. Ride the glass elevator and slide around on huge plastic bacon and eggs in the breakfast playground. And when you get hungry, don't forget the food court, as well as the variety of other fine dining restaurants to choose from, including Cinnabon, Wetzel's Pretzels, Renzio's Greek Food, California Pizza Kitchen, Kona Grill, Johnny Rockets, and Macaroni Grill. Complimentary strollers.
