A fascinating and curious collection of historic treasures and hearsay mysteries, the Museum of Jurassic Technology requires close your close attention: is it real or imagined? This Twilight Zone-like museum's permanent collection includes an exhibit on household myths (for example, if a child holds a dying creature in his or her hands, he or she will develop a tremor in the hands as an adult), trailer park culture, and miniature sculptures and paintings.

At times tongue-in-cheek, it is posited that part of the museum's presentation is to poke fun at the somber and open-eyed way that many visitors experience museums, accepting all as fact and questioning nothing. Yet, while it has been charged that many of the exhibits were fabricated, many have been proven to actually have a factual basis. Decide for yourself!
