June 22, 2011 in News by Ashley Green
Los Angeles transit authorities are offering free subway rides in mid-July to help residents get around traffic from the planned shutdown of a portion of the San Diego 405 Freeway.
The I-405 over the Sepulveda Pass will be closed for 53 hours beginning the night of July 15th, 2011 for the partial demolition of the Mulholland Bridge over the freeway, the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority said. Thank you for the free sub-way, but how about free Green line and Blue Line also, that would really help.
