The first annual Monrovia Cinco de Mayo Cultural Arts & Music Festival will be held on Sunday May 1st, 2011 from 1 - 8pm. This will be a free family friendly block party to be held in historic old town Monrovia on Colorado Blvd. between Myrtle & Ivy. The entire block will be shut down from traffic for cultural festivities and live entertainment.
Enjoy music by Grammy Award Winners, Mariachi Divas, real hometown musical heroes & recording artists, The Delgado Brothers, and not to be missed Latin Jazz legends, Banda Brothers.
There will be a special children's area featuring folklorico dancers & youth art display. Shop, eat, browse, dance and participate in this all community event that seeks to unite all cultures through positive interaction, fun, art, music & good faith.

The Committee did a great job in coordinating the festival and it was very successful! All the entertainment was great. Looking forward to attending next year.
