For the most colorful beaches on the island, head to East Maui. With Red Sand Beach and Wai'napanapa Black Sand Beach, you're in for something out of the norm. For the more traditional, head to Hana country for some gorgeous views and good, relaxing fun—just take care on those hair-pin turns getting there! If you get to East Maui early, find a quiet beach to watch the sunrise.
