You may recognize Radio City Music Hall from its cameos in popular movies such as The Godfather, A.I. Artificial Intelligence, or especially 1982's Annie. Sports fans may recall this venue as the recent home of the NFL Draft, and music aficionados are sure to be familiar with the many world famous musicians that have taken the great stage in the past. Located in the historic Rockefeller Center in midtown Manhattan, this celebrated New York City landmark has dazzled more than 300 million guests with its sophisticated design and renowned entertainers since its opening in 1932.

The Music Hall's interior, designed by Donald Desky, boasts an elegant ambiance that incorporates glass, chrome, aluminum, and geometric ornamentation in a modern Art Deco style. The majestic Great Stage, reminiscent of a setting sun and measuring 66 feet deep and 144 feet wide, has been the site of legendary award shows like the Grammy's and the Tony's and hosted big names such as Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Jr., and Ray Charles. For more than six decades, the resonant sounds of the "Mighty Wurlitzer" organ have thrilled guests and have since become a theatre trademark. Radio City holds true to its nickname, "The Showplace of the Nation", by continuing to take visitors' breath away with its hypnotizing staircases, sweeping arches, and celebrity sightings.

If you're visiting New York City during the holidays, Radio City's Christmas Spectacular is an absolute must-see. Cold, crisp air, faint notes of Christmas carols lingering in the air, and the sparkling lights of the awe-inspiring tree at Rockefeller Center – few places are as festive as December in Manhattan. Every year, more than a million visitors travel to Radio City to celebrate the holidays with the world-famous Rockettes, whose trademark high kicks and tight choreography have created timeless holiday memories for over 75 years.
