Bike Month NYC is the annual celebration of bicycling in metropolitan New York City, and will take place during May of 2012. Each year the Department of Transportation and Transportation Alternatives team up to bring you Bike Month NYC, a city wide campaign to promote the joys of cycling in New York City. We work with many individuals and organizations to bring you over 200 rides, workshops, races and events.

The Fifth-Annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic will be returning on Saturday, June 2nd, 2012 to a new location in the metropolitan area, Liberty State Park.
This year, as a result of the event’s new smaller stomping grounds at Liberty State Park, the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic is a ticketed event with an admission of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per person. ln addition to entry, ticket price will cover ferry transportation to and from Manhattan to Liberty State Park or shuttle service available from the Liberty State Park station on the New Jersey Transit Hudson-Bergen Light Rail line.- View Event >

The 8th Annual Tour de Brooklyn is set for Sunday, June 3rd, 2012. This year's Tour is 21.5 miles long and begins and ends in Commodore Barry Park. Riders will travel through the great Brooklyn neighborhoods of Fort Greene, Park Slope, Sunset Park, Bay Ridge, Bensonhurst, Midwood, Kensington and Prospect Heights. The rest stop this year will be at Dyker Beach Park.
In order to make the Tour truly a ride for everyone, they have implemented a couple of brand new features. There will now be two waves of riders.- View Event >

Rugged Maniac is coming to Brooklyn on Saturday, June 30th, 2012.

The Great Urban Race: Part Adventure. Part Party. All Fun! will be in New York City on Saturday, August 4th, 2012. Great Urban Race is an urban adventure. Teams of two solve clues and complete challenges while navigating city streets, using public transit and laughing all the way.
