On Tuesday, April 5th, 2011, Brooklyn Exposed invites you to celebrate their one-year anniversary and Brooklyn's diverse food culture at the first annual food and drink tasting event - Tasting Brooklyn.
Sample culinary treats from over twenty-five food and drink vendors under one roof and enjoy live cooking demos from Fairway's TV personalities Dan Glickberg and Mitchel London. Proceeds of your ticket purchases gets donated to Brooklyn Food Coalition.
Participating Restaurants include: Baluchis, Barrio, Bati African Kitchen, Cheryl's Global Soul, Fornino Park Slope, Linger Cafe, Loreley Restaurant & Biergarten, Osteria il Paolo, Palo Santo, Pete's Downtown, Purple Yam, Rebar, Red Hook Lobster Pound, Robicellis, Stone Park Cafe, Tanoreen, Tchoup Shop, The Castello Plan, The Chocolate Room, and Thistle Hill Tavern.
VIP is $60 and is from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, which includes exclusive one hour access to event and a VIP gift bag ($110 value).
The main event is $45 and is from 6:30pm to 9pm. Included in admission: sample food and drink from over twenty five vendors, enjoy live cooking demonstrations from Fairway Market's TV personalities Dan Glickberg and Mitchel Londo.
