TUBACHRISTMAS, a holiday tradition since December 22, 1974, is celebrating their 38th Anniversary at the Rink at Rockefeller Center on Sunday, December 11th, 2011 at 3:30pm. Listen to Traditional Christmas music performed by tuba players across the world.
If you're a Tuba player, and would like to participate, just show up at the Rockefeller Center loading/delivery area at 11:30am. Enter northside of 50th St. (between 5th & 6th Avenues), east of Radio City Music Hall stage door, down ramp. Rehearsal is at 12:30pm, same as registration. Please use gig bag, leave case in your car. Wear warm, bright festive colors. Bring folding music stand/lyre and wind clips/clothes pins.
