Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll: August 16, 2012

West Philadelphia's Baltimore Avenue between 42nd and 51st Streets will come alive to celebrate its charm with one-night-only $1 bargains. The special $1 items are as eclectic and unique as the businesses offering them, including Milk & Honey, Dock Street Brewery, Firehouse Bikes and recently expanded Mariposa Food Co-op. From $1 Bassetts ice cream to $1 chicken or tofu skewers to $1 Dock Street brews, these warm nights will surely be festive and fun. The upcoming event is set to take place August 16th, 2012.
Additional food trucks and vendors such as Jimmies Cupcake Co., and Maru Global Takoyaki will also be selling $1 items along Baltimore Avenue. Various street performers, fire artists, and musicians such as the band The Makes (between 46th and 47th Streets), the Independent Rock School (50th Street) and the Give & Take Jugglers will be on hand adding to the Baltimore Avenue festivities.
