The premier water park in San Diego County, Knott’s Soak City USA is the quintessential water paradise with more than 20 featured rides. With its 1950s Southern California surfer theme, the park features several high-speed slides of various design, inner-tube slides, raft rides for families, a continuous wave pool, river rides, a children’s pool, and a family funhouse.
The park includes several major attractions, among them La Jolla Falls featuring four high-speed slides, two of them vertical drops, and the Balboa Bay continuous wave pool, including a deck and private cabanas for rent.

Swimwear required, with tubes and life vests provided. Knott’s Soak City aquatics staff are certified in CPR, first aid and lifeguarding.

- The park is open weekends from 10am to 6pm between April and Memorial Day and from Labor day to the end of September. Between those two holidays it’s open daily from 10am to 7pm, and closed from the end of September until April.
