Taste of Little Italy returns on Wednesday, June 19 2013, from 5 PM - 9 PM. The Taste of Little Italy is a showcase of participating restaurants throughout the Little Italy neighborhood in Downtown San Diego. Attendees stroll from restaurant to restaurant to enjoy their taste, sort of like a "pub crawl" but with restaurants. There are no street closures, this is an "in-restaurant" event, rather than a festival.

Phil’s Big BBQ at the Ballpark will take place Monday, June 24th at PETCO Tailgate Park leading up to the Padres vs. Phillies game, from 4:30pm.-7:00p.m. The event features a family-friendly Kid Ventures kid zone, music, a Karl Strauss beer garden, Phil’s finger-licking BBQ, Ben and Jerry's Seaport Village Ice Cream, and Coca-Cola beverages—plus tickets to the Padres/Phillies game at 7:10pm—all for $25.
