Description: Nobu, the world's most recognized Japanese restaurant known for its innovative new style Japanese Cuisine, launched its San Diego location in November '07 at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego in the heart of the Gaslamp Quater. With the original in New York, the Nobu brand is now an empire that spans across the globe, offering dishes such as Yellowtail with Jalapeno, Tiradito Nobu Style, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Black Cod with Miso.
