Everyone's Irish on St. Patrick's Day, especially us Seattleites as we share the same weather as Ireland. Check out our list of the top 5 St. Patrick's Day Events going this year - from the St. Patrick's Day Dash to the Irish Pub Crawls.

1. Seattle's St. Patrick's Day Parade: March 17, 2012: Seattle's St. Patrick's Day Parade will take place at 12:30 pm on Saturday, March 17th, 2012. The parade will start at 4th Ave at Jefferson in downtown Seattle. The Parade travels north on 4th Ave starting from Jefferson to the Reviewing Stand at Westlake Park, and officially ends at the Seattle Center with Closing Ceremonies at 2pm. 2. Kells Irish Festival Seattle: March 9 - 18, 2012: Kells Irish Restaurant is proud to present their 29th anual St. Patrick's Irish Festival, taking place from March 9th - 18th, 2012. The celebration will feature live Irish music, dancing, traditional foods and much more. See the event listing here.

3. Irish Festival of Seattle: March 17 & 18, 2012: The Irish Festival of Seattle is set for Saturday, March 17th & Sunday, March 18th, 2012 in the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall on Mercer St at 2nd Ave, next to the Opera House. The event will take place from 10am - 6pm on Saturday & 12 noon to 6pm on Sunday. This is a FREE event! See the event listing here.

4. St. Patrick's Day Dash Seattle: March 17, 2012: The St. Patrick's Day Dash is Seattle’s largest single-distance run/walk, taking place on Saturday, March 17th, 2012. The Dash covers nearly 4 miles of city streets with a 15,000 person ribbon of green. See the event listing here.

5. Saint Paddys Pub Crawls Seattle: March 16 - 18, 2012: If you thought that the best bar scenes were in the east coast, then you obviously have never been out west - and if you're looking for the cream of the crop out there, it doesn't get much better than Seattle. Known for their diverse music scene, Seattle is also home to one of the best bar scenes in the country. The Seattle Symphony celebrates the holidays with a full month of festive performances each December. This season sees the return of the Orchestra’s popular traditional holiday offerings, including five performances of Holiday Pops with Marvin Hamlisch (December 8-11); four performances of Handel’s Messiah (December 16–18); and four performances of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony lead by Conductor Laureate Gerard Schwarz, including the New Year’s Eve: Concert, Countdown and Celebration (December 28–31).
