It's true, Historic Washington DC is home to the country's oldest continuously operating miniature golf course. Featured in the National Register for Historic Places, East Potomac Miniature Golf Course is right in the middle of the city. It's a great place to take the kids out for a day and to enjoy a perfect view of the Washington DC skyline.
This 19 hole, par-52 course features traditional and unique obstacles, including the course's original Washington Monument, lighthouse, paddlewheel and windmill.
The course's starter shack sells snacks, and the snack bar next to the neighboring golf course serves meals. A playground and "The Awakening" giant sculpture are nearby.
